Since Konami announced that the DDR was coming to the Xbox 360, you knew it was just a matter of time before the physically thrilling spectacle in your local arcade eventually invades the Wii. Now it's time to get up off that couch and reduce those flabs!

Mario shows you how it's done...so step up! - Image 1Afraid of humiliation? Brotha, please! You now have the ability to grind to your heart's delight in the cozy (and semi-private) area of your living room, with Konami's Wii-party version of the DDR franchise introduced as Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party. It's coming out this 2007.

Or perhaps you're the type that is willing to face the humiliation, but not alone. Then you can rejoice, because you can bring three others to go down with you in shame. Or glory, whatever your view may be.

All dancers must try to synchronize their movements with each other and also with the beats pointed out by the game in free or work out modes. Or you can duke it out "You Got Served"-style in battle mode. The game will require a traditional DDR dance pad for feet movement, but will come with a Wiimote and Nunchuk attachment for checking up on your hand motion.
