Sega launches VF2, Alex Kidd and Wonder Boy for VC |
Ó
Other than VF2, the titles may not sound familiar to you. That's because Wonder Boy and Alex Kidd were released in the obscure Sega Master system. That was way before Sonic the Hedgehog rolled into the scene and stole the spot as Sega's mascot. Virtua Fighter 2, in contrast, headlined the Sega Saturn and heralded the 32-bit era as a showcase for polygon fighters.
The games all had Genesis versions and that's what the VC will host. The games can be bought separately and are priced at 800 Wii points apiece. A Wii point is equivalent to one cent, if you still haven't heard.
