The ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) has just made some updates on their website and much to our delight and surprise, there are seven Sega Genesis games that'll be time-travelling to the Next-Gen domain through the Nintendo Wii's Virtual Console download service.

Some might dismiss it as all kiddie games, but there's no denying that there's something for everyone. We're all looking forward to Sonic the Hedgehog and Toe Jam & Earl. Fighting earthlings with tomatoes? Bring it on.

What do you mean? Why I've never seen those games in my life

*nervous laughter*

On a serious note, hopefully being subjected to *some* of the older titles will instill a firm appreciation for what video games have become. Ren & Stimpy for Genesis ftw!

Wasn't this posted the other day? I'll make the same comment. Sonic is working too hard. He's coming to the 360, now the Wii. Not long, the PS3?
