Sam's Club hosting midnight SSBB events, taking pre-orders |
Ó
Fans of Super Smash Bros. Brawl might get a kick out of this next bit of news we've found. Kotaku has a report on two things that'll be happening to Sam's Club as a result of their recent management meeting: the arrival of pre-orders to Sam's Club and the launch of in-store events to commemorate the launch of Brawl. According to Kotaku, Sam's Club will begin taking pre-orders for games, starting with Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Furthermore, Sam's Club stores will be hosting midnight launch events for SSBB. They'll have the games on hand for sale, as well as 20 Wii units. The game will retail for under US$ 44 at the store.
The combination of Wii units and SSBB sounds like the perfect way to entice gamers who have yet to own a Wii. It's a hotly anticipated title, so we can only imagine the response the game will receive once it hits store shelves in America. In any case, keep checking QJ for more updates on this and other games, alright?
