It looks like things are finally looking up for those eagerly awaiting news of Sadness, Nibris' black-and-white psychological thriller for the Nintendo Wii. Emergent Technologies have just announced that the game is being built using their Gamebryo engine. The press release from Emergent also carried a few bits of detail about the game itself. Eight different endings are mentioned, as opposed to the ten we reported about more than a year ago. Also, players will use the Wiimote and Nunchuk to control the main character's hands.
There's still nothing new about Sadness' release date (TBA, 2008), but the Nibri website seems to be undergoing construction right now, so we could be seeing more updates in the near future. Keep checking back here for more Sadness news.
