Rumor: Iron Chef, Summer Sports spotted (then removed) at Gamestop |
Ó
A recent bit of speculation hints that the Nintendo Wii may be receiving two more titles via U.S. publisher Destineer.According to the details we've picked up so far (via Go Nintendo), the first title in question is the Food Network Adaptation of Japan's Iron Chef television program. A competitor for Mama on the Wii? Bring it on!
The other game being published by Destineer is titled Summer Sports, bringing to mind a motion-sensitive multi-minigame menagerie similar to Wii Sports or Sports Island. These titles were reportedly spotted at GameStop's online store, though unfortunately, the site's taken both down.
Based on screenshots taken via Go Nintendo prior to their removal, Iron Chef would be shipping by June 2 of this year at a cost of US$ 49.99. Summer Sports would be in retail stores by March 17 and would cost US$ 39.99.
