Who knew that a game would actually praise you for getting your hands on a copy even before it's officially scheduled to be released? While a lot of people would probably want to beat your desperate ass for getting a copy ahead of others (like what happened to that Halo 3 dude - link below), this time around, Rock Band 2 would applaud your efforts.

Now if only Harmonix and MTV Games would translate this to an actual PS3 Trophy or Xbox 360 Achievement... That's what you call being a very good sport!

That's pretty cool. Probably some guy who works at GameStop or something got a copy.
They always get to take home copies before the release date then they give em back to the store and get shrink wrapped and sold as new! >:-( grrr
they should do this to every game.
