The Games Convention in Germany has come and gone and a few of the memorable things it left behind is a new trailer for Capcom's Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. In this particular video clip, we get to see a lot of new scenes crawling with zombie as well as a boss fight involving a mutated scorpion.

Umbrella Chronicles holds a special spot in the whole Resident Evil franchise because it explains what really happened to the Umbrella Corporation. Past locations will be re-visited and there's a big possibility that old wounds will be re-opened as well. Players are finally allowed in this game to visit the corporation's very stronghold.

Capcom also announced that Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles has been made compatible with the Wii Zapper. The title should be available on November 30.

There seems to be a lot of hype about this game, but no-one mentioning that the rest of the Resident Evil: Survivor series (of which this, as a light gun game is deffinately a part of) were all pretty poor. At least this one is set in the main story-line.
