Groundskepper Willie - Image 1Hi guys! Today we are doing some minimal site clean-up, but don't be alarmed. We're not shutting down for the day, so you'll be sure to still get all your gaming news and homebrew needs.

You will, however, be finding some of the previous articles (particularly the Features: Weekend Warriors, QuickGuides, How-Tos, On Shelves) bumped up on the Front Page, as well on their respective sub-blogs. No, we're not out to spam you with old news; that is in fact part of the said site clean-up. We're merely archiving the said articles, and adding them to a new category automatically bumps them up.

So, don't you be feeling cluttered, we'll be done before you even notice. In the meantime, do still enjoy the coverage and updates that we're bringing to you for the day.

Thanks much and keep jumping up those Features!

Told ya it won't take long! There, now that that's fixed, you can now find the Featured Articles archived in their own categories, so you'll have an easier time going back to them if you need a review of sorts.
  • On Shelves This Week: under all sub-blogs (DS, PSP, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii), Categories > On Shelves This Week
  • Weekend Warriors: under all sub-blogs in Categories > Weekend Warriors
  • QuickJump QuickPeek: under all sub-blogs, in Categories > QuickJump QuickPeek
  • QuickJump QuickGuide Series: under PSP, in Categories > QuckJump QuickGuide
    • other gaming platforms to follow
  • How-To Series: under PSP, in Categories > QJ How-To Series
    • other gaming platforms to follow

Also, we'd like to take this archiving scheme to a whole new level, so the QuickGuide and How-To Series will be made available as a downloadable file at the end of every month. That way, if in case you're on the go and would like to make a quick reference to them, you won't have to connect to the Internet anymore. The articles will be available as an off-line article, minus the site ads and other whatnots, so it's just all good homebrew information at its purest and finest.

We'll be keeping you updated on that, so stay tuned!

Again, thanks for your wonderful response and support to QJ's Featured Articles. We'll be doing our best to continue improving our service to you guys. Thanks to all those who jumped, commented, dugg (digging would be nice, too :P ), and to all those who gave out suggestions on how we can improve our site.

Special shout-out goes to CityNightRush117 for jumpstarting this archive idea! Thanks much, guys!
