Video game development studio Project Aces has just recently revealed Sky Crawlers scheduled for release on Nintendo Wii and the PlayStation 2. What we have here now is the debut trailer for the game.

Sky Crawlers, for those who missed our initial reports, is actually based on a Warner Bros. Japanese animated movie and a novel series with the same name. The story revolves around an alternate WW II ending scenario.

According to Project Aces, the game will also have a couple of futuristic twists and that it will fully utilize the Wiimote and Nunchuk combination. The former will serve as throttle control while the former will be the flight yoke.

While the game has yet to be announced for an international release, one is highly anticipated. While waiting for more updates, just enjoy the video below.

» The Sky Crawlers

This is a Mamoru Oshii film, based on a novel series written by Hiroshi Mori. From what I understand, having read all the novels in this series, it is NOT an alternate WW II ending scenario.

I hate to pick, but you stated that "The former will serve as throttle control while the former will be the flight yoke."

Former and former? Which does which?
