Mario may be Italian (Japanese-Italian?), but Europe won't be hearing from him for a while, at least if you follow the Super Paper Mario title. A Nintendo spokesperson has stated earlier that Nintendo has yet to set a date for Super Paper Mario for Europe, though they were very sure of the previously announced April 7 release for the U.S.

If it's any good news, Nintendo Power did announce that the title might be coming out in a few months, with this information yet to be confirmed by Nintendo.

Super Paper Mario
is a direct follow-up to the Paper Mario title for the N64, and was designed to be a platformer with RPG elements. Stay tuned for possible announcements of a Europe release date.

Hum

You are aware there's a Paper Mario on the Gamecube aren't you? The Thousand Year Door? Surely it's a direct sequel to that and not the N64 version?

Don't Delay It!!

I am counting the days till this gets released.. I wonder what they mean by 'platformer with RPG elements' ? They better not spoil it... And if you havent played paper mario 1 and 2 you should be shot..

i know...

I know that a GC Paper Mario came out but at the time i didnt have a GC. I've never played them and i want to try them. The reason for the first post was that i was feeling a bit nostalgic and i was remembering the first time that i had ever heard of Paper Mario. That was a really long time ago.
