Opera coming to Wii on the 23rd? |

Heads-up! We heard from a certain Spanish site called Meristation that Opera will hit the Wii on the 23rd of December - only a few days away.Unfortunately, details were scant, but they did say that the web browser will still be in beta form when it's going to be made available this December.
Our source adds that this version will have Flash support, although we might have to wait until March for the final version - which they claim to be "available for free until June."
Of course, we're not entirely sure whether this is true or not, but it's not a bad thing to have hope, right?

It better work with youtube and other flash video based websites or we'll just be relegated to using our Macs & PCs!?
I'm sure it will be just like the PSP browser. Slow and crappy. Well, we can still hope. I wouldn't mind playing some NES games that have been put into Flash. I'm sure that someone will make it work.
I sort of have a "FEELING" that the new Super Smash Bros. Brawl game will have an 8-Player multiplayer mode. Where 4 players will have 4 Wiimotes and Nunchucks, and the other 4 are going to have 4 Game Cube controllers. Wouldn't that be something? I say its a very good possibility and if it does happen, then it will definetly be a best seller. Final Thought, 8 player team battle vs. 8 other people over the Nintendo Wi Fi connection. I think it might be possible, I mean, there are going to be approximately 40 characters to choose from compared to the 24 characters available on the current Super Smash Bros. Melee.

u kno how slow the gameplay wud be if u had 16 players on screen in a online match?? nice thought but aint happening. im sure brawl will have wii mote only features (i.e. shaking the nun-chuck to punch). U can dream tho
Yeh I heard about it being released on the 23rd from somehwer but I forgot where. I hope it is released on the 23rd in the Uk cuz then I will have it before XMAS YAY!

not gonna happen. i read on the offical forums that the creator of the game really likes gc controllers and that it would use them and not the wiimote
In another recent interview, he said that you would only use the Wiimote in certain parts of the game, meaning in menus and other things like that. So I still think he is going to use the Wiimote and Nunchuck together.
Don't give your hopes, the info was from the spanish, yet translated by aussie's so maybe it wont be a very merry wiimas this year for the poms
