NIGHTS: Journey of Dreams scan - Image 1A scan chock-full of high-resolution NIGHTS: Journey of Dreams joy coming your way straight from the pages of Famitsu, and from what we've seen of it, the Wii sequel to the sleeper hit is pretty much going to be faithful to its legendary predecessor. We get you the latest on what's to expect with the game that promises sharp visuals, unique gameplay, and a color-filled journey into the world we step into every time we close our eyes.

In this scan, we see quite a handful of screenshots, both from gameplay and CGI cutscenes. The gameplay screenshots are looking particularly sharp and colorful, with a dream-like quality to the world in which NIGHTS would be flitting around in. We also see one of the game's main characters, Helen Cartwight, seen here as a particularly cute-looking kid holding a violin.

Long-time fans of NIGHTS should be glad to hear that the orange hoop has finally revealed itself in one of the screenshots. While we're not confirming anything, it's a good hint that it might have the same gameplay that the original is famous for. We're certainly hoping so.

Updates as we get them. Enjoy the scan!

» Awesome...enough said.

I think that Sonic Team is desperate to get back its oft-tarnished credibility and this game is the perfect chance to do so.

With so much of the original game's talent developing it, this game will probably be one of the best Wii games to come out this year, especially from third parties.

Although, you have to consider one fact: this is Sonic Team, and this may end up like Sonic 06: Awesome! Yes! OK. What?

No, no! Nooooo!
