Official Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 price announced

Are you ready for the arrival of Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1? Sega's just announced the official price point for the download so be ready to whip out your wallets as well.

The latest issue of Nintendo Power reports that the new Sonic title will be pegged at 1,500 Wii Points (US$ 15) on the WiiWare. They have not announced a release date yet, but it's been said that they will be making an announcement sometime later this week.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 is slated to come out on multiplatforms: Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, and iPhone.
