Here are some of the recent users

Almost everyone and their neighbor's pet parakeet has, as some would say, "signed their soul to the bandwagon" and registered their own MySpace account. Also, if you've managed to be one of the lucky 400,000++ who've managed to score a Wii console, then chances are you also have a Mii avatar. Could you put the two together?

Apparently more so now. Because while the Mii Plaza is allowing Wii console users to interact with each other, the whole culture of the Mii avatar just got richer. Jeff's been hard at work with helping the Mii community grow and he wants our help to spread the word. He's created an online version of the Mii Plaza where you can register your Mii creations and show it off to the world, full with profiles and statistics. You can interact with other Mii artists and exchange characters or play games with, even.

Currently, he's still got lots of plans to spruce up the site, and maybe in the future, even find a way for it to seamlessly connect to the Wii.

Well, for the others who weren't lucky enough to bag a Wii console, you can still create your own online Mii Avatar. For the lucky ones and their neighbor's pet parakeet, get clicking. The "Read" link leads you to MiiPlaza.net.

» Cool

I think it's a cool idea to make the community of Wii players more connected. I'm sure they will have stuff like tournaments and high scores on there eventually. The future looks great for the Wii.

Here is an article I wrote early last month on my site about the augmentation of the Wii's Mii channel. I believe it'd be an interesting read to anyone here.
