If you have been a loyal Nintendo fan for years and are eagerly awaiting the Wii launch tomorrow then you could be in for a reward. If you are part of Nintendo Europe's Stars Catalogue rewards scheme then you could have another thing to spend your hard earned stars on.Nintendo UK in a pre-launch e-mail sent to fans have confirmed today that you will be able to purchase Wii points with your stars and receive stars for you virtual console purchases to spend money in you've guessed it - more Wii points!
This is great news for any Nintendo fan, and even those of you that aren't part of the Stars Catalogue rewards scheme yet will benefit by buying virtual console games.
Other Stars Catalogue purchases include clothing, titles and sometimes even consoles so there's plenty to spend them on. All you have to do is link your online Nintendo Membership to your Wii shop channel account and you can start earning those points. Thanks for the tip w1ll_haven!
