Nintendo UK opens microsite for Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer 2008

European fans just can't seem to get enough of the smell of the wide open football pitch. This holds true for even the virtual incarnation of the sport, which is probably why Nintendo UK decided to open its own official microsite featuring its upcoming soccer title for the Wii, Pro Evolution Soccer 2008.

You can now keep yourselves updated on any news Konami and Nintendo have regarding the game by visiting the Nintendo UK website. The site will be dedicated to the Wii version of PES 2008 and will feature all the unique aspects the game has to offer.

As we've previously mentioned, the Wii version of the game significantly differs from its other counterparts due to the unique playmaking controls developed for the Wiimote. This and a lot of other innovative features make the game an interesting challenge for soccer fans who are used to the more traditional interface found in similar titles.
