Nintendo Power: Wii Wheel costs only US$ 10 |

Those who reacted strongly to the Wii Wheel's GameStop pre-order cost will now have a reason to go ballistic over the Nintendo Wii accessory: a scan of a Nintendo Power page indicates that the Wii Wheel actually has an MSRP of only US$ 10.
The scan, provided for by a GoNintendo reader, was apparently taken from a Mario Kart Wii promo printed in the Nintendo Power magazine, which explicitly states: "..one Wii Wheel (of which the MSRP is US$ 9.99 each)."
So why the US$ 5 increase on the Wii Wheels being sold by GameStop? There is no word about it yet, but at least you'll know where you want to buy your extra Wii Wheel accessory. You'll need to do so, if you want to enjoy Nintendo's fun Mario Kart Wii racing game at its fullest with your entire posse.

Wow maybe Nintendo listened to the complaints. You can thank me for that $5 off.
First of all no one complained but you....second........noone pays ANY mind to what you say its all garbage.......so why would Nintendo ever pay attention to flaming troller like you XD
I normally back GameStop but this time I won't. The MSRP may be $9.99 but if GameStop catches wind that these things will be hard to find I assure you it will be $14.99 instead. Just like the Nyko chargestations ($29.99 everywhere else but GameStop has it at $34.99)...
Regardless, $10 for a piece of plastic? If it's not weighted then I'm not buying it. Has anyone tried the wii sports accessory pack? It's just light plastic... If they added resistance or weight to it then it'd be different but it's just a gimmic (just like the Wii itself)...
...all I'm going to ask is "where's my online enabled Animal Crossing Wii"? That's the real question...
well it actually has a button on the back so......and i must say i really dont like Game stop........
The FACT that he thinks a Japanese based company reads QJ news only further proves how ignorant he is.
Now that we're dealing with $10 I change my comment on this product. Based on the alternative out there this is a DAMN good deal.
