Data Design Interactive, as you all are probably aware by now, has a handful of casual Nintendo Wii games under its belt including Ninjabread Man, Anubis II, and Billy the Wizard. All of these games have been revealed earlier this year. Anyway, Data Design is sending out word that Nintendo has finally given the go signal on Trixie in Toyland making it the 12th out of 14th Nintendo Wii games from the company that will hit gold status before the year ends.
Trixie in Toyland revolves around the world of the Myth Makers and Trixie's quest to vanquish Toyland of its new tyrant leader known as Penumbra. This baddie took away the magical orbs
that's keeping the balance in their world.
Needless to say, what Trixie needs to do is to recover every single orb that has been hidden across Toyland. The following gameplay mechanics have been provided to us by Data Design:
- Control TrixieÂ’s movement using the Nunchuk and bash evil toys with TrixieÂ’s magic baton by swinging your Wii Remote.
- Defeat enemies with multiple attacks. You can bunny hop on their heads or attack from a distance using the Wii Remote to target TrixieÂ’s magical spells.
- Complete Myth Maker quests by collecting hidden objects and special pickups. Have you got them all?
- Completing levels allows you to open special BONUS levels featuring totally different modes of play.
