Nintendo announces Wii Fit price, release date - Image 1Nintendo has finally named a specific release date and pricing for one of its hottest upcoming games Wii Fit. The announcement was made today at the on-going press conference in Japan. The title will be released on December 1 and will carry a price tag of 8,800 Yen or roughly around US$ 74.97.

Compared to other titles, Wii Fit costs a bit more but we have to keep in mind that it comes bundled with the accessory Wii Balance Board. This will be used to measure and record your in-game progress.

It really is a good deal especially when you put into consideration that other companies such as Square Enix are currently devising ways to come up with new games that will use the said peripheral. Fans in North America can get their hands on Wii Fit early next year.
