New Mario Party 8 gameplay video: lasso-training |
Ó
On top of the jetski and apple shot videos that we've shown you earlier, here's another gameplay video which features one of the mini-games from the upcoming title for the Nintendo Wii, Mario Party 8. This particular video shows two teams competing over who can lasso the most barrels from a spinning platform. Each barrel awards a different number of points to the player, and the team that earns the most number of points in a certain length of time will win that round.
Mario Party 8 is the latest addition to the successful Mario Party series which started in 1999. The game is basically composed of a whole lot of simple mini-games. However, this title's true charm lies in the fact that, as the name suggests, it has to be played in the company of friends. The interaction among players that the game generates is deemed to be the most fun and integral part of the experience.
So, once the Wii comes out, break out the chips and soda, have your friends over (maybe with their own Wiimotes...), and just join the fun.
