Chime from My Life as a King - Image 1Europe and other PAL territories are getting some Wii loving from Square Enix today. The company has just announced that new downloadable content for the Wiiware title Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King are now available. Here's a list detailing the new content:
  • Infinity Spire (300 Wii Points / Blocks Required: 8) - Adds two dungeons to the game, such as the Infinity Spire. The spire gains levels every time it is cleared, presenting a challenge to even the bravest champions of your realm.
  • Castle Renovation (100 Wii Points / Blocks Required: 8) - Adds a dungeon to the game which adds a jukebox and the ability to rename your adventurers in the castle once cleared.
  • Library (200 Wii Points / Blocks Required: 8) - Adds a dungeon to the game which adds libraries to the building menu once cleared. Libraries teach adventurers race-specific abilities.
  • Fresh King (100 Wii Points / Blocks Required: 3) - New casual outfit for the king
  • Summer Chime (100 Wii Points / Blocks Required: 3) - A tropical outfit for Chime
Yeah, it's pretty much the same content as the DLC that Square Enix announced for Japan a while back. That particular announcement didn't say anything about a new costume for King Leo, though. Anyway, all of the above are now available for purchase and download. Keep checking back here for more updates.

Don't

Okay EU people, this is your chance to be smarter than me. (Not the only chance, granted.. but another one.) Don't buy this game. Just.. don't do it. Save yourself some time and just go over to the window and shake the contents of your wallet out of it.

are you kidding?

This is one of the best games that have come out for the wii. Very simple, yet entertaining. Story is decent, and it will keep you going for a few hours. Once you add all the content on you will have paid as much as a full size game, but I have gotten MORE play time with this game than HALF my other full sized (priced) games.
