New details on NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams

For those who have been waiting for additional details on Sega's NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams for the Wii, we have a treat for you. NGamer magazine, in its recent issue, published some details on the game.

For those who are worried about the new control options, it has been revealed that the players will have the option to use a more traditional control system in addition to the new controls. No specifics have been given on how the traditional system will be implemented though.

Aside from these, long time fans of the game should be pleased to know that there are members of the original NiGHTS team who are working on the game. It's been said that they are helping the newer members of the team keep the original flavor of the game. Other new details include being able to use the WiiConnect24 for trading. It may have something to do with the A-life feature from the first game.

To end the article on a light note, the goal of the designers of the new iteration of NiGHTS is "to bring the family together to play." Isn't that sweet?
