Here's a bit of an early update on what's coming to the U.S. Virtual Console service on Monday. According to Hudson's Virtual Console site, Neutopia II will be among the classic titles that will be released on the September 10 VC update.Neutopia II is a TurboGrafx 16 title set in a land called, appropriately enough, "Neutopia". Peace was restored to Neutopia through the efforts of Jazeta, who has gone missing after going off to investigate rumors of a rising evil. Players take control of Jazeta's son, going through labyrinths in search of his father and, ultimately, to save the world.
Puzzle fans will have a lot of puzzles to solve and hidden secrets to uncover in this action RPG. Players can overcome obstacles by moving blocks and rocks, or by blasting down walls with bombs. Armor and weapons can also be upgraded, with stronger items automatically becoming equipped once they are in a player's possession.
