Mysterious... a Wiimote LED-rumble combo mod

How do we explain this? Someone sent in a tip about a Wiimote modification that has both those spiffy blue LED lights and an additional mod that supposedly makes the Wiimote light up whenever the rumble activates.

Currently, what we have is a link to this video by M37R01D, which supposedly shows the rumbling and lighting in action. The problem is, it's really hard to get any visual proof of rumbling in such a short video, though the Wiimote lights up perfectly in relation to the visual on the screen. That, and there seems to be an asking price for figuring out how to do it, if you check the YouTube page itself.

Still, if anyone has more info on this, let us know. Lights and rumbles are always fun in tandem.

eeeeer, why would anyone call this a mod, the guy is just switching on and off the rumble feature in the wiimote setup screen, I don't see anything unusual...

its really simple but like i said i cant give away eveything,



AND look it is sync to the screen you think i faked the video LOL its real dont worry, how much longer of a video do you want to show its works

All he did was solder an LED to the motor that rumbles the wiimote. It is a simple mod, nothing special here!!
