Duck Hunt 2006?During E3 last May, the public was given a small taste on how one's gaming experience can be enhanced on Nintendo Wii. This was done by setting up a booth that allowed players to use the WiiMote as a weapon, and what better game to test it on but one of Nintendo's most well-known games, Duck Hunt.

Originally released for Famicom in 1984, a graphically-enhanced version of Duck Hunt was seen at E3. The objectives still remained the same, which was to shoot whatever goes flying into the air without shooting your allies, but this time, the big change is that the WiiMote becomes a virtual shotgun to take those duckies down.

In the meantime, here's a couple of more videos featuring the WiiMote in action in the 2006 version of Duck Hunt. However, whether our beloved Duck Hunt really will make a comeback is yet to be confirmed.

That looks as if it'd be a lot of fun in 2 player mode, or even 1 player with two wiimotes.
