This is the main reason i dont like Nintendo, cuz they only care for their pockets and nothing else, releasing a "new" Wii with HD capabilities (wich is what will most likely happen and the reason why the Japanese Michael Jackson dont want to open his mouth) would be a slap in the face to all the people that bought the first console, because they could have made it since the beginning but they wait till they it costs in production a shi_- in order to win just the amount of money they want to win, not beacuse they were testing and the bullcrap miyassmoto tries to sell to the poor bastards thet are still "loyal" to Cashtendo.

That doesn't make Nintendo money hounds. I don't understand why you get so mad at Nintendo for "only caring aout their pockets." Look at Microsoft. Sure, XBL is the best onine of the 3 consoles. It's also the only one that costs anything. Look at Sony. The PS3 is still the most expensive console out there, and they still haven't gotten it up to the popularity and acheivements of the 360, yet they easily could.

You're defenitely right about Nintendo seeming to leave the casual in the dust. But, think about it. Casual gamers seem to mostly buy the gimmicky Wii games (at least someone does because they keep buying them). But, even when the Wii 2 comes out, I don't think that the Wii games will just stop there. The casual game devs will just continue making casual games on the Wii. Look as the PS2. There are STILL games being ported to that. They are casual games. PS2 came out 8 friggin' years ago. Anyway, yeah, they might just be doing the same thing with the DS Lite. I had to wait to get a DS, and I'm glad I did, because I ended up with a Lite. Now the DSi is coming out. I want one, because of the DSWare that is sure to be popular, plus the obvious VC games that are sure to head there. But I digress.



Anyway, I know that this post is a little jumpy, but I hope you can get my point.
