Metroid: Other M is just around the corner, and unrolling the red carpet for its arrival is the new official site for it. Thanks, Nintendo. It's just on time.

Metroid: Other M was first introduced at E3 2009, and back then, the only other information we had was that it will be developed by the same developers behind Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden -- Team Ninja.

Original Metroid creator Yoshio Sakamoto is, of course, also part of the development team, so we expect this "other" M to still be cohesive with the holistic theme of the franchise.

Check out the official site now and be welcomed by a cryptic lady voice, "That Dream -- it was like watching a playback of a tragedy that actually occurred." Intriguing, eh. That's why we've got the source link right there below.

Off you go now. Just make sure to come back to QJ for more of these updates. You know we've got them on the ready for you.

Metroid: Other M is said to be set for a Summer 2010 release.

I am excited for this title. I am glad Nintendo is making quality games for the Wii and and Team Ninja is making this title. I wish other developers would make more quality games. I also hope Nintendo makes another F-Zero for the Wii that is rock'n like F-Zero X and at least the graphics of F-Zero GX. Another game I crave is Starfox and when I say Starfox, I mean like the original Starfox. Starfox for the Nintendo64 was ok but when they made the Gamecube version, it went too far from what Starfox should be. The original is a favorite of mine with Starfox64 not too far behind. I hope Nintendo shows Wii owners some love with worthy updated titles of these and their future consoles with even more updates of these.
