• Mr. 0 (Crocodile) - Leader of Baroque Works, a secret criminal organization and wants to take over the Alabasta Kingdom in search of an ancient weapon. He can turn into sand at will.
• Don Krieg - Head of the Pirate Armada, the largest pirate gang in the East Blue Ocean. He has a lot of firearms hidden under his armor.
• Eneru - He gained the power of Thunder after eating the Cursed Fruit. He seeks to take over Skypiea and build his own Dream Kingdom and will eliminate anyone who gets in his way.
• Hawk-Eye Mihawk - Known as the strongest swordsman in the world. Zoro once fought him but lost.
• Read-Haired Shanks - Once saved Luffy's life and lost an arm in doing so.
• Ms. Wednesday (Vivi) - She is the Princess Nefertari Vivi of the Alabasta Kingdom but secretly joins Barque Works as a spy to see what they're up to in order to protect her kingdom. She has a pet duck named Karoo.
