Want to see more of Mario and Sonic in action in a friendly olympic battle? Never fear, for we have new screenshots of the duo in action as they strive to live up to the motto of the Olympics: Faster, Higher, Stronger!

What'll you get to see in these Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games screenshots? Well, if you're a big fan of races, then a 500 meter dash featuring your favorite heroes and villains from the Sonic and Nintendo universes should tickle your fancy. Just don't expect Sonic to move as fast as you'd normally expect him to run. You'll also get to see the likes of Dr. Robutnik and Bowser try their best at archery and the hammer throw.

All in all, it looks to be a fun romp through the gameworlds we know and love all while working towards becoming the best virtual athlete you can be. Enjoy the screenshots!

Dr.Eggman sucks that name doesnt even make sence to the original story!

He is called Dr.Robotnik because in the past when he was good (and slim lol) he was called Dr.Kintobor (robotnik backwards) and a freak accident happened when he was working with sonic testing out some new power sneakers, which caused an explotion and turn Dr.Kintobor into Robotnik and Sonic into a cool blue hedgehog.

Is this basically a repackaged Mario Party except it has characters from the Sonic world in it? I really hope Sega does something far more interesting with the Sonic franchise in the future, as all of the previous Sonic games(the ones for the current systems) have sucked. I enjoyed the concept of the one on the Wii, but the story was awful, the 'ending' sucked, and over-all the game had an half-assed feel to it. So many good concepts but poor execution seems to be the fall of basically every Sonic game since Sonic and Knuckles.
