Look at Mii! Look at Mii! |
Ó
As with other online avatars, Wii-users get to create and customize their own Mii to fit their mood or personality. You can customize just about anything: the shape of the face, the hair, eyes, nose, mouth. You can even accessorize with eyeglasses and stuff. You give it a nickname, and you're done! You'll see the whole process here in this video, including the "Mii aquarium" where all the Mii that's stored in your console get to hang out and walk around!
If you don't want your Mii too look like you at all, no one's stopping you from creating a Michael Jackson Mii. Imagine, him playing in Wii Sports!

Look at how fast the guy can navigate through the menus. No more clickity-clack press up three times and then click A twice. Just move the controller where you want your pointer!
I am also really impressed with the level of customibility these avatars have. They look kinda simple at first, but after watching this I can tell they can really look like the user.
One thing I noticed was the lack of an image import feature of your face via SD reader that was rumored to be a part of the Mii Channel. I did not finish the entire video, but I am pretty sure it isn't in here...
dude it is 200, the reason y its 250 is cos wiisports is with it (cost = $50)
anyway funny ass vid! i love it when they change just the hair the dude said "wow thats my dad!"
bahhaha
That is awesome! I want to get a Nintendo Wii.
They're trying to make it more accessible, and it looks like they're going to end up making too bizzare and complicated. Did they really need to have all the Miis in a room together like that??
that was kinda funny
