Ever squeezed out everything Activision's Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the Nintendo Wii had to offer? Even if you did, there are some good stuff that you'll never get to see because they were lost in development. According to images on a blog about "such things that never was," Link of The Legend of Zelda and Samus Aran of Metroid were supposed to be included in the game.

Yep, those two images you see on top are apparently pre-release shots. Self-proclaimed insider Surfer Girl, known for rumors that spark flames of speculation, said developer Vicarious Visions did manage to put a place for Link and Samus in the Wii version of Marvel Ultimate Alliance, but the deal with Nintendo fell flat and the two were removed from the final release.

We can't say for certain if this is real or bogus, but the screens sure look convincing. On a different note, it would be pretty nice to see Marvel characters in the all-star cast of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Wolverine versus Mario, anyone?

This has to be a fake anyways because i know that Nintendo would use the Twilight Princess Link because it is on the wii.
