Not content with simply making guitar sounds using the Wiimote, someone's decided to make even more music with the Wiimote and Nunchuk. Combining Wiimote programs and some apps (Kyma X and OSCulator), you can now alter different sounds and loops, from copying the theremin to making a baby cry.

In the demonstration below, you'll literally see some very dexterous offstage person perform some fantastic feats. For instance, he (or she) used the Wiimote to control the pitch and yaw of a sound, turning what sounds like a motorcycle engine starting up into the sound of an airplane flying. He also controlled the tempo of a song just by altering the speed of the Wiimote being waved.

Best of all, you can also simulate musical instruments and recreate an entire song being played because you can have Kyma X play the other instruments for you? In any case, you have to see and hear the awesomeness to be believed. Enjoy!
