InXile wants hei$t on Wii - Image 1InXile Entertainment Senior Game Designer Sean Patton recently made interesting statements regarding their cop and robbers video game Hei$t.

We all know that the title will have different builds for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Games for Windows platforms. However, this shouldn't make fans think that a Wii version is not being planned at all.

"Did we say we aren't bringing Hei$t to the Wii?," commented Patton when asked why a Wii version of the game hasn't been announced.

As much as this sounds like InXile is indeed making a Wii version of the title, certain considerations have to be kept in mind like the console's shortcomings when it comes to hardware power.

For instance, InXile Entertainment is using Epic's Unreal Engine for the game and we all know that the technology doesn't currently support Nintendo's console. Sean Patton commented, "We are using the Unreal Engine, which currently doesn't have support for the Wii. As a platform though, we love it and if possible would love to get our game running on Nintendo's platform".
