Ó

Terran Battlecruiser - Image 1Here's some bad news for any space-faring artist looking to profit from their custom Guitar Hero: World Tour (Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, and Wii) music.

And I quote from the GH Tunes Terms of Use:

You hereby grant Activision a royalty free, irreversible, sub-licensable and non-exclusive perpetual license throughout the universe for use in any and all media whether now known or hereafter....

Basically, it means that if you had planned to leave the planet in order to sell your mediocre emo rock tunes, don't. Activision *will* hunt you down with extreme prejudice. Possibly in a Terran Battlecruiser. Don't say I didn't warn you.

wait, how can they decide laws in lawless regions? As far as I remember, nobody owns land outside the earth exept the Moon and the Mars. That means, I would go to the Saturn, Activision has no chance to win, right? Or has the goverment really made some laws for the WHOLE UNIVERSE?!?!
