IGN Gives Vague Hints |

In IGN's "Wii-k in Review" podcast, the editors had a few interesting tidbits. The things they said were vague, and deliberately so. The hints they were dropping were things they knew, but couldn't talk about. We'll go over them for you.- A GCN title that was previously for the GCN will be announced as a Wii title instead at the Games Convention.
- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption may not see a launch day release, but should be there in the launch window.
- Dragon Quest Swords might not make Wii launch, but Excite Truck will.
- LucasArts was not working on a lightsabre game before, but they are now.
We wouldn't be surprised with a Metroid Prime 3 delay. We also wouldn't be too sad since trying to choose between Zelda and Metroid at launch would be pretty darn hard. As long as it hits retail soon after we beat Zelda, we're fine. It was obvious LucasArts would eventually make a lightsabre game, and it looks like they're finally going through with it now. Maybe it was the positive reaction at E3 that finally pushed them over the edge?

I will be there with at the midnight release (I'm sure they're gonna do some), credit card in hand, collecting Wii, Metroid, Zelda, Mario Galaxy (If it's gonna be out then) and possibly others.
You would think at 35 I'm over this gaming fad, huh? :)
