The fuse is lit! Run!!!Wondering where Hudson's TurboGrafx lineup for the Virtual Console went? (It's still upcoming last time we checked). Someone at Go Nintendo was able to post a response from Hudson Soft as to why this is so. Or, by the looks of the statement, it comes from someone who is part of or talks to Hudson about their Virtual Console titles. Begin quote:

Sorry all,

I just got word that the TurboGrafx games are still in queue to be launched. I should have a more clear answer on why this is case on Monday. I was playing a batch of the games in the office over the weekend on one of the dev kits, so the hold up may be an issue with the certification process.

Again, sorry for the delay. WeÂ’ll take a headbutt for the confusion. In addition, it appears that the initial two games that will be available will be BonkÂ’s Adventure and Bomberman 93. The other games will be rolled out over the holiday season.

End quote. It should answer some questions from some old-school gamers about the Hudson lineup for the VC. In any case, there are still a ton of classic games awaiting their reincarnation in the Virtual Console.

UPDATE: PR from Hudson via their website's press page. Bomberman 93 and Bonk are now live on Virtual Console. Over the next few weeks, expect among others, Super Star Soldier, Victory Run, and Dungeon Explorer.
