Time flies when you're having fun; epic adventures end like it never happened. We were promised more than 50 hours of gameplay with TheLegend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but that could only mean so much. Daniel "Jiano" Hart has proven that Link's endeavors can only last around five and a half hours.

At Speed Demos Archive where time is of the essence (and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is beaten in mere minutes at European Extreme difficulty) Hart was the first to do a Zelda speed run. The hero claims that the forces of good have joined him in his mission to defeat Ganon just in time for dinner.

Hart admitted himself that the run could be better. Watching the videos would show some of his errors that could've shaved a few minutes from the record. You think you're up for the challenge? Check out the videos at the Read link below.

Here's the first segment of his valiant effort:

Why hurry ? I like to play slow and careful and collect everything that isnt missing or something. SO what if someone can beat it under 6 hours. No big deal.

i beat it in about 30 hours, on my first play-through, without a guide. Plus I actually bothered to ENJOY the game, and get all of the items.

umm there's a reason it's called a speed run.. it's just another way of ENJOYING the game. sorta like how some people try to beat rpgs like FF with as low a level as possible. i'm sure the guy has beaten the game normally already. otherwise he wouldn't be able to go through it that fast.
