Win a Wii!

No, there are no typos in the title. If you're a Facebook member, then this may be your chance to win yourself a Wii, along with a copy of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. This is because Activision, the company behind the Marvel title, has opened a Facebook group that is dedicated to Ultimate Alliance. As a promo, they have announced that the first 1,000 people to sign up for the group will have the chance to win a Wii and a copy of the game.

Not a Facebook member? Then just sign up for one and join the group. As an added freebie, signing up for the said group will also get the member a free access code the to the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance VIP community, so nobody walks away empty-handed.

For those not familiar with the service, Facebook is a networking service, much like Friendster and MySpace, except that its main focus is to cater to high school, college, university, corporate, non-profit, military and geographic communities. It is also a popular image-hosting service.

» Wow, your literary skills and mind-blowing

I hope you bloggers aren't getting paid.

Read THE FREAKING ARTICLE. You don't automatically WIN a Wii if you join their group. You have to sign up and then register to win.

Yes, that's right - it's a DRAWING.

Change your freaking information, or delete it all together.

» agreed

please change your information, it is very misleading and almost gave me a heart-attack XD

» What are # 1 & 2 talking about?

They clearly say "the chance to win". Can you guys read?

» Corrected

Seraphim, thanks for pointing that out. We understood the article the way you understood it, unfortunately, we left out the important " the chance to win" phrase. We have no intention of misleading the readers. It was an honest mistake.

» ugh, how stupid can one get

Reneid Klein-

you obviously only read the corrected article, and yes... i CAN read you moron. Don't post your idiocy here.

Maricar-

Thank you for correcting the info, i was really shocked that they would just give away 1000 free Wiis and a free game with each one for just being the first 1000 to sign up XD. Now that it says, "chance to win"... makes A LOT more sense ^_^
