You see, Frets on Fire was originally intended to use the keyboard as the your unforgiving implement of ultimate rock-hero greatness. However, thanks to the magic of GlovePIE, a compatible bluetooth adapter, and a handy Frets on Fire script, you'll be able to use the Wii Remote and Nunchuck as your imaginary musical axe.
