Game Spot: Xbox 360 ripples up Wii site |

We were scoping out Game Spot for our daily dose of Wii news, when we noticed something didn't quite fit in the Wii's page: a Microsoft Xbox 360 ad that flooded the site's background with its trademark apple-green swirls and accessories.
While multiple console ads like this are becoming commonplace, the layout's a literal eye-sore: other guys have already reported on how painful the ad is on the eyes, with all those green ripples staring them in the face like some pseudo-psychedelic hypno-machine...good thing they're not animated.

i have a screenshot i took a while ago when there was like that on ps3's site on gamespot.
I saw that too! The same ads were on the PS3 page also. I could care less. I don't like the PS3 very much, but I respect it.

and i think gamespot just sell out, because of the bad publicity they are giving to ps3 and wii games (like the bad rate they gave to twilight princess) and the good they are giving to 360 games (gears of war).
erm........ maybe cause gears of war deserves it which it does. and zelda is just for pedophiles anyway
Yet its not on the 360 page =D
TP's average score is higher than GoW's. Don't get me wrong GoW is the 3rd best game of the year but it doesnt beat Zelda imo.
