Game On offers next-gen console hands on to visitors |
Ó
"Being out for one year now, Xbox 360 is already tested.""The PS3 offers unparalleled graphics and power."
"It's all about fun. Wii is all about fun."
Generally, the above statements are what you will get whenever you ask someone why they choose their respective consoles. While each is valid and correct in its own right, those who are yet to buy one would definitely like to know the real deal. If you guys are near London or headed there at least within the next three months, then you are in luck. Beginning Wednesday, the Wii and the PS3 go on display alongside the Xbox 360 in London's Science Museum.
The displays are actually part of the long-running Game On exhibition that started back in back in October. "The Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii will all be in Game On, plugged in and ready to play. Visitors can experience the graphics, interactivity and intensity that are to form the next stage of gamingÂ’s technological and cultural development," proudly announces Science Museum Programme Developer Gaetan Lee.
Game On explores the history and culture of gaming from the early 1960 until the present day. Tickets will be sold at 8.50 GBP (US$ 16.50) for adults and 6.50 GBP for kids.

game on is cool
I live 20 minutes outside of london by train, and it looks like this may be my only chance to see/touch a real PS3 this side of march.
It's crap that I can't get in as a kid anymore. I loved cheap tickets.
