Nintendo's Wii console to be delivered in GAME-exclusive bundles this Christmas - Image 1It looks like retail chain GAME is stocking up for Christmas after striking a deal with Nintendo to deliver several exclusive bundles to gamers for the holidays.

These GAME exclusive packs include the console as well as several pre-packaged games specifically set aside for the expected holiday sales rush.

However, GAME isn't exactly playing Santa Claus and giving these bundles out for free. The two planned bundles include the console plus two games priced at 250 GBP (US$ 514) and a three game bundle for 280 GBP (US$ 575).

According to a source from SavyGamer, the bundles will be shipping today and is expected to be available in stores later this week. GAME and Nintendo has always had good relations over the years and the exclusive deal to the UK-based store proves their well-deserved loyalty to the big-time game company.

Hopefully, the supply of Wii units will be more than enough to fill the stockings of gamers for the Christmas season.

Do u do anything else other than comment negativly about nintendo?!?!? The ps3 has freakin got serious power....i have no problem admitting but if u think about it consider this, the wii is twice as powerful as a gamecube the Ps3 and xbox are at least 4-5 times so the wii certainly is a next gen the other two are very powerful but they are really just trying to sell the absolute greatest hardware possible so theyre systems are in a way 8th generation consoles so what i mean is they have just jammed everything they can into both but the wii goes a more innovative way by making a console with good power and new many new ways to play games so why cant u just respect all three firms marketing strategy???and who says U have to buy the wii for that much anyways? Anyone here who wants a wii that bad should just wait im not bashing the wii its my favorite of the three but its just wasnt made to be worth that much! Just wait for this demand to go down.

Is anybody else tired of these bundles? It is a way to make the consumer buy certain games. Most of the time when I see a bundle and it has one game included it's a pretty sweet deal. I just got the Gold Triforce Nintendo DS Lite and Zelda Phantom Hourglass bundle. But when they throw in more games, the game selection usually isn't what I want.
