G4's having problems with some Wii games |

After trying all versions of the two games in an ActivisionÂ’s presser, G4 doesn't really have something bad to say except for the Wii versions. Well, not necessarily bad. Rather, it was more of an expression of discontent. "The WiiÂ’s graphical limitations are impossible to ignore. I was honestly surprised at how rudimentary and old-school the graphics looked," reports G4 about the Marvel game.
Call of Duty 3 on the other hand, seems to be having issues with the controls. G4 laments, "The game seemed nearly unplayable, with the sights jerking around and the view changing with the smallest flinch of the controller." The game becomes usable after turning the sensitivity of the remote way down. Usable, take note, is their word. Not ours.
Nintendo indeed, have signed up a number of titles that seem compatible with the Wii. But being new in the the next-gen arena, it might need some help from successful games like the ones mentioned above to be able to gain ground.

G4 is just saying that with this new tech it's going to be rather difficult to make games for it. Red Steel had probs in it at E3 if we all remember but they did say that they address the situation. G4 had no such press like that so they didn't get to it till it was a finish product so no going back. The Wii will need just as much time as the 360 did to get good games rolling out for it just as well as the ps3.
It takes time for developers to know how to make a great game for a specific console.

That's why the Sega Mastersystem, Sega Saturn, Nintendo64 and Nintendo Gamecube all won their consolewars :|
The graphically inferior NES, PSX and PS2 were totally killed by those... . ..
Even so with the PSP and the gimmicky DS..
