Nintendo is expecting another sports compilation to hit the Wii, but unlike Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, and the like, this one is being developed by Square Enix. What makes that special is that the prolific RPG developer is adding a few characters from their Final Fantasy series into the roster, so it won't be just Nintendo's usual faces playing each other again.
Cloud? Squall? Vaan? Oh get a grip, this isn't Dissidia. What Square Enix decided to add are the cutesies that would fit right into the Nintendo world. There's the generic Ninja, Black Mage, White Mage, the Moogle, and the ever-lovable Cactuar. They probably would've included Tonberry, too, but those critters move way too slowly to compete in sports.
