AQ Interactive showed off the first screenshots for their upcoming Wii horror game, The Feel, at a recent press conference in Japan. The game still needs some polishing to get rid of the nasty jaggies, but the Ju-on atmosphere seems there. Well, the creepy little ghost kid's there, at least.

The Feel is being made in collaboration with Japanese horror director Takashi Shimizu. From what I could gather in the Google translations, it's a part of the director's famous Ju-on film series. Anybody who saw those would recognize the themes in the screenshots below. It's currently slated for a Summer release in Japan.

» is it gonna end up like Fatal Frame 4 ....

that it has no plan to be released in US or EU? If so.. I could care less since all these good wii titles are not gonna leave Japan anyway.

and image 8 is like "WTF someone threw a possum in a can of water! SOMEBODY CALL PETA!!!"

actually looks a lot like F.E.A.R. (except with a flashlight instead of a gun)
