Famitsu reveals new screenshots of Wild Earth: African Safari

It looks like Majesco Entertainment is looking to score on some big game with the release of its upcoming title for the Nintendo Wii with Wild Earth: African Safari. To help people keep up with the development of the new game, we were able to spot a couple of new screenshots for the Japanese version of Wild Earth.

Judging from the screenshots, the game definitely gives you an eyeful when it comes to some of the realistic visuals it offers. In addition, the Famitsu website shows us a little background information on the story behind Wild Earth.

You essentially play the role of a novice safari explorer, who decides to explore a newfound mysterious island. The island contains an untouched ecology which is teeming with animals you can observe and take pictures of.

The game definitely follows in the same vein of similar titles on the Wii, although in a much more realistic setting. You can take a closer look at some of the screenshots from Wild Earth: African Safari by clicking on the thumbnails below.
