Europe VC releases: Shinobi III, Dynamite Headdy, Shining Force, and Drop Off |
Ó
Good news for Wii owners in Europe! We've got the names of the newest European Virtual Console releases. What's on the line-up for this week? Instead of the usual three titles, Europeans will be getting four games this week: Shinobi III, Dynamite Headdy, Shining Force, and Drop Off.Shinobi III is a continuation of the Shinobi series, originally released on the Sega Mega Drive. In this video game, players get to assume the role of ninjutsu fighter, Joe Musashi, who goes against an evil syndicate called Neo Zeed. Dynamite Headdy, on the other hand, was also originally for the Sega Mega Drive. In this game, you'll play as Headdy, star of a traveling theatre who has two big enemies to take care of: the king, Dark Demon and his arch nemesis, Trouble Bruin.
Another Sega Mega Drive original is coming to the Wii Virtual Console, Shining Force. It's an RPG where players have to contend against the forces of evil, particularly the Kingdom of Runefaust, to protect and save the rest of the land of Rune. Last on this week's Europe VC list is Drop Off. This action puzzle title was originally released on the TurboGrafx 16 and features a Sleeping Beauty-ish storyline. Princess Azumi falls victim to a sleeping spell and it's up to you, playing as Takashi, to break it by barging into her nightmares.
Anyway, Shinobi III, Dynamite Headdy, and Shining Force cost 800 Wii Points, while Drop Off can be yours for 600 Wii Points. All four titles are now available for download in Europe's Virtual Console, so download away if you fancy any of them.
