Europe VC gets Super R-Type and Operation Wolf |

Nintendo has a pretty good Wii Virtual Console line up this week. It seems that gamers based in Europe will be getting the classic side-scroller Super-R Type and Operation Wolf. Both games should be a pleasant blast from the past for retro gamers everywhere.Super-R Type has players piloting a ship in an effort to stop the evil Bydo Empire. Hopefully , Nintendo won't be completely faithful with this port and add in some fixes for the game's slowdown. Expect this game to be available for 800 Wii points.
Operation Wolf on the other hand, is a six stage game where players have to rescue five hostages from a concentration camp. This was a tough game back in the day, and we expect that it will still be a challenge to younger gamers in these modern times. Those who plan on downloading this title will be set back by 500 Wii points.
