If you're tired of stealing cars and running pedestrians over, there's always Codemasters' Emergency Mayhem for the Nintendo Wii to get your positive videogame karma points back, and this is through being one of the good guys of the city.

Yes, that's right - you'll be rescuing people in an ambulance, putting out fires as well as running over perpetrators of crime. We see all of these in the latest batch of gameplay videos of the game.

Looking at the videos, the gameplay looks to be quite the fast, arcade-style breakneck racing that we fell in love with in Crazy Taxi. This, combined with the bright and cartoony visual style, makes for quite the interesting vehicle-based title indeed - and we definitely love the fact that you only need to ram into pedestrians to "help" them.
